Privacy statement
This site collects an email address in exactly two places, and nothing else about you anywhere. It has no lead form, no partner to pass a lead to, and no reason to know who you are.

The questionnaire stores nothing
The answers you give on the cover questionnaire travel in the page address and go no further. They are not written to a database, not sent to an insurer, and not used to identify you. Close the tab and there is nothing left.
What we do collect
- Your email address, if you ask us to send the checklist. Used once, to send that email. There is no marketing list to be added to. The consent wording you agree to is versioned (currently 2026-09-16.1) and stored with your address, so we can always show exactly what you agreed to.
- Your email address and message, if you write to us. Used to reply to you and to correct the site if you are reporting an error.
- Anonymous usage statistics. Which pages are read, on what kind of device. It is not tied to a name, an email address or an account, because there are no accounts.
None of it is sold, and none of it goes to an insurer, a broker or any other third party.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will do it — there is very little to find.
hello@simple-car-insurance.co.nz — we reply within 1 working day.
Simple Car Insurance is run from New Zealand. The operating company is not registered yet, so no company number or registered address appears here; when it exists, it will.
