Tell us we have it wrong

The most useful message you can send is a correction. If a page here disagrees with an insurer’s own document, the document is right — send the link and we will fix the page and change the date on it.

  • Your own policy or claim.We are not your insurer and have no access to any policy. Your insurer’s complaints team comes first, then its dispute resolution scheme — the claims pages set out the order.
  • Which policy to buy. That is financial advice and we are not licensed to give it. What we can do is show you what each wording says and what to ask.
  • A quote or a premium. No insurer here publishes a rate table, and we publish no price figures at all.
